4 Documents Required for Home Loan

Home Loans are a great boon for new age people as it helps in building our dream home.  But make a informed decision before opting for any loan.

- Sales Deed, agreement of sale or allotment letter - NOC from housing society or builder - land tax receipts from revenue department - Detailed estimation of construction cost, you can get this from contractor - Account statement covering payment to builder or previous owner of land - Occupancy Certificate for constructed apartments.

- Driving License - Aadhar - PAN - Passport - Voter ID

#2 Identity Proof 

Not all of them are required.

- Electricity Bill - Telephone Bill - Postpaid mobile bill  - Water Tax - Property Tax

#3 Address Proof (anyone)

Not all of them are required.

Must be audited by CA

Bank Statements are required  of last 6 months.
